What these prices don't cover

Being upfront about this is cheaper for everyone than a surprise on an invoice.

Printing costs — you pay your print shop directly, and we help you pick one.
Paid ad spend — if you run ads, the budget goes to Google or Meta, not to us.
Photography — we can direct it or work without it, but we don't shoot it.
Revisions beyond the included rounds, which are quoted before we do them.

Pricing questions

Is the consultation really free?: Yes — 30 minutes, no obligation, and no charge whether or not you hire us. If we don't think a service will pay for itself for your business, we'll say so on that call.
When do I pay?: Project work is 50% to start and 50% on delivery of the final files. Retainers bill monthly in advance. You get the full price in writing before either begins.
Are there setup fees or contracts?: No setup fees. Retainers run month to month and cancel with 30 days' notice — there's no minimum term to sign.
Do the prices include printing?: No. We design and coordinate with printers, but you pay the print shop directly. That keeps a markup out of your bill and lets you keep using a printer you already trust.
Why is there a price range on some services?: Because scope genuinely varies — a 20-item menu is less work than a 60-item one with allergen notes and a wine list. The range is honest about that. Your exact number is fixed in writing after the consultation and doesn't move afterwards.
Can I bundle services?: Yes. Review cards plus review management is the common pairing, and bundling gets you a better combined rate. Ask on the call.
