Questions we get asked

Can you get negative reviews removed?
Only Google can remove a review, and only if it breaks their policies. We'll flag ones that genuinely qualify, but we won't promise removals — anyone who does is selling you something they can't deliver.
Do you write fake reviews?
No. It violates Google's policies, it's illegal under Canadian competition law, and it puts your profile at risk. We help you ask more real customers, more often.
Is there a contract?
Month to month. Cancel with 30 days' notice and we hand back full control of your profile.
What access do you need?
Manager access to your Google Business Profile. You keep ownership, and you can revoke our access at any time from your own account.
