PromoKit provides an AI-powered flyer generation platform for trade professionals. Our service includes flyer creation, AI copywriting assistance, and PDF export functionality.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PromoKit to create content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create using PromoKit. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content as necessary to provide the service.

6. Payment and Refunds

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

PromoKit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
